At B Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all B Couture designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
